I agree we don't know what Hollis is pitching behind the scenes. My gut tells me he has the Jungo assay results and is in fact working out a JV with one of the big boys in the area. Its a win win and puts Dutch in a stronger position to finance Basin and possibly further other acquisitions. Just my opinion
Hollis mentioned JV so I believe that is waht he is looking for Jungo. I think they they want to go it alone with Basin Gulch. That's my take, but I could easily be wrong. What they don't want is a hostile takeover because such a company would screw all investors. Once upon a time I bought a large position in a biotech stock. A good friend of mine even had a much larger position. The officers of the company set up another company and moved the drugs to a new company which only they owned. Then, they sold the drugs and the new company for millions of dollars amd pocketed all of the money leaving the original investors with only stock in a shell company.
