SA has a market cap of 1.2 billion and is planning to sell the 50 million oz KSM. They are looking for 2 billion dollar for it. PVG has 40 million oz deposit right next to it and is expanding rapidly from the drilling results. The key difference is SA already finished drilling and PVG is still drilling and expanding.
I was told their assets are as good, if not better than KSM. If they combine the assets together, the capex will only increase 30-40% while gold output will double. It would be a win-win. However, to do that PVG market cap has to double from here first.
I think it is referring to Snowfield since it is the low grade asset similar to KSM. We need to see the new drilling results first.
