I have my good experience with the company Favrille,Inc. (FVRL) who was merged with a new company MyMedicalRecords.com,Inc. (1 share of FVRL for 1 share of MMRF)

This merger was used by MyMedicalRecords.com, Inc. to go public and they came out with lot of positive news.

Hope we have a similar story here, that is now the only reason why i keep holding VIVK.
