Mike Bartoszek, CEO - are you sure?

Why are there numerous posters convinced this Bartoszek is the real CEO? The SEC has a regulation called Fair Disclosure. In 2008 the SEC finally caught up to the Internet, and approved Company managed forums, or company owned blogs, as alternative to a news release, or conference call. One of the conditions by the SEC was: whether the company web site is a recognized channel of distribution and whether the information is ‘posted and accessible’ and, therefore, ‘disseminated.’ .

Ihub is neither a LLEG owned forum, or can it be considered as a channel of communication for wide dissemination of information. It is viewed by a limited number of investors - or those who know about Ihub. The question you need to ask is: If you were a CEO, would you risk being in violation of the SEC Fair Disclosure regulation? Would you risk being accused later on of misleading investors? Or would you play it safe, and post exclusively on your company blog site?

Either this forum is being visited by a CEO blissfully unaware of SEC regulations, or an individual investor who relishes receiving praise for his every post from the starving masses. I tend to believe the later. ;)
