This from the NASDAQ site confused me:

"Investors may trade in the Pre-Market (8:00-9:30 a.m. ET) and the After Hours Market (4:00-6:30 p.m. ET."

Here come the lawsuits...and usually never a good ending for the common shareholder. The vultures are coming and even if everything comes out clean this ain't gonna away anytime soon.
