CCME - Yes. They need to set a prescedent. None of the others have gone after any of authors of the hit pieces. They will keep doing it if nothing is done. Again, they need to be proactive and be aggressive and need to continually come out with different things
CCME - well said. Concrete legal action that results in an actual court case is the only way to stop this crap. If CCME takes this all the way, balls to the wall, the opportunistic "hit and cover" strategies will quickly dissipate, benefiting CCME and every other chinese name in the space.
This is the last hoorah. If CCME isn't investable, then no Chinese name is. It's worth the fight.
