I agree things seem to take longer than necessary, but I'm not sure that will happen in this case. There are a host of other characters that need to end up in court also, this case is probably the most important of those cases. It is the only one that has the impact that will affect the share price. The other cases might help recover ill gotten gains, but not add to the share price. With all of the apparent witnesses and motions in limine, I'm not sure how quickly they can run through the case, I was thinking more like a week or two. It remains to be seen whether this case will be put off for a week or so, we should know something by tomorrow hopefully. I'm not seeing anything in the court records that reflect a different trial date yet.
