Here is how you know that a company is not diluting! Let's say the bid is at .016 and you decide you wouldn't mind buying at .017 and place your trade and see that the bid price follows what you are willing to buy for!!! Take a look at the bid now. In the A.M. set a trade higher than that price. Watch it change instantly...

If a company was diluting you would never see such an immediate change! You are trading amongst yourselves...

Many companies also pay for promotions, and some of the biggest companies in the world pay Wall Street firms for good ratings, upgrades, etc. That's also a fact

We're not talking about any of the biggest companies (GOOG?) in the world! LOL

Revonergy is a growth company, they are aggressively pursuing acquisitions in the US,

As I posted. No assets, $1100 in cash.

I'm sure some of the largest companies around today used to promote themselves when they started, went to trade shows, took out loans, went deep in the hole, issued stocks, etc

When Revonergy becomes one, let me know.

they have an agreement with Vitol that they may not be seeing revenue from, but eventually they will

You hope.

Bottom line, SOMEONE IS paying a good chunk of change to promote this company to get the sp up NOW.

I don't care who. But we do know WHY. And that's all that matters.

Whether the company dilutes or the shareholder who is paying for the promotion sells, it has the same effect. It goes up. Then, it goes down.

These promos usually don't keep the sp up too long.
