do not avg down, take your loss and move on, ev will just r/s when its in the 000's so there is no play there, stay away dont lose more money then u already have.

you do have a choice and don't do it. wait until they issue the K (which will be late) to perform a little more DD. I assume that Cashflow will be negative or flat (operational cash hemorrhaging offset by capital financing inflows (your hard earned cash)).

If things are turning around based on the information within the K, then i would pull the trigger. Now is not the time. This is following the same fact pattern many of us fell into during 2010.

I myself would Hold onto what you have. Two things can happen... 1 you bought good and they follow up and move forward with the Raised Capital and your Good! Or as some say here it goes to .ooo pull it there and trade the Fire out of them dumping and making some of your investment back. Just my thoughts. GLTY

Averaging down to nothing will leave you with nothing.This POS hasn't and isn't going anywhere except to no bid. It is those who are averaging down that is keeping this POS afloat. Didn’t you read the recapitalization PR from a few months back? Dude, you’re that recapitalization plan. You’re the sucker that he counts on to keep him going because none of what he has promised has come to fruition. This is a scam…get it? A scam!!!!!!!!!! Nothing that he touches ever amounts to anything.

This stock will probably never rebound because there is nothing to rebound with. It is all a prop from where I sit and as far as I can see. Of course I could be wrong but he has had over a year to complete a single project and thus far...nothing but selling more stock at the lowest price. He is gonna dilut this thing into another dark hole.
