It means nothing till deal is done. Hell I once saw a watch company that had a picture of a ceo from simmons jelwery signing a distrubtion agreement with them. Turns out it was a pure scam they r/sed several times and are now trading .0001-.0002. Not saying were headed there but you cant say nothing about a big distrubution development till its in the stores. Although what we can say is that the tv commercials where a hit! We have proof of that cant wait for the next Q.

To re-hash: the issue is not whether or not the PR is referring to Walmart but whether there is actually a realistic chance of a deal happening and when. The key areas of the PR are where the CEO says "he believes" and that they have "entered discussions". This leaves a whole range of possibilities from there being a solid deal well underway to there not really being a deal at all. Discussions could mean anything from "can we make a deal?"-"yes" to "can we make a deal?"-"send us a product and well test it and see" to "can we make a deal?"-"no"-"please?". All I'm saying is that people should stop being so overly optimistic and stating as a fact that "the deal is right around the corner" or "the deal is done" or "PR any day", and acknowledge that there is in fact a spectrum of possibilities.
