neither the dividend nor the lack of a PR from VIVK about Nicosia has anything to do with VIVK's stock price or momentum.

It all hinges on the LOI & MOU. If they come to fruition, this could be a big winner. If they don't, well..I think you know.


but now the the stock has retraced a large part of the news-driven spike, I think it's worth a shot from this level.
