Let's be fair here. The best answer or truth is always somewhere in the middle. We did have a JBI relative bet that fuel would be sold in January, and we did not see that happen. We also had the CEO state in a local magazine that they would be selling fuel in the 4th quarter of 2010. The "old" John said run tickets immediately following commercial operations with a media event.

I know, I know, things take time, people get excited, holidays, etc.

I have no doubts that JBI will be able to sell their fuel. I just think it is a little disingenuinous to shrug off the anxiousness of not hearing anything, and especially so if nothing in the month of February.

JBII: Light My Fire. Current DD:

Current Status: Waiting for first fuel sales/partnership deals.

JBII just hired Ernst and Young (Top 4 accounting firm) as their auditor/accountants!

1. Commercial Production has been approved by the NY DEC. (Only time in history a company has been given commercial production
approval while other permits are pending).

2. The process has been proven to work by at least 3 independent firms.

3. Two NY Senators have endorsed P2O.

4. Each processor will generate 100+ Barrels of fuel daily.

5. 2 more processors are being built.

6. JBII owns an operational Fuel Blending Facility with a storage capacity of 250,000 gallons.

7. Company just signed a 20 year lease on a Waste Management Recycling Facility with 1,000 Ton/Day capacity.

8. Colin Robbins recently appointed as Sr. Vice President:
