That’s the spirit!
You see, part of growing up is the development of the skill of abstraction. Abstraction is to take a circumstance and consider it from other perspectives, of which any particular perspective need not be real. Take your posts, for example. Let’s ignore the fact that they completely suck and move on in this exercise. While you might review your posts and consider them substantive, accurate, etc … a reasonable exercise in abstraction is to remove yourself from the “poster” perspective” and place yourself in the recipient perspective.
Can you find a single post of yours where, had it been posted to you, you would not find it to be a less than winsome arrogant piece of trash? Were you to be the recipient of your own content, would you not TOS yourself?
I realize this may well massively exceed your cognitive potential. Take me for example; I do indeed (due to hebephrenia) vacillate maniacally between well-considered gracious content and caustic guffaws. But at least I can see that. I believe I am sensibly in jail. My content on Q&A deserved jailing. So here I am.
You, on the other hand, spew your dimwitted condescending arrogant trash without recognition at any level that your content completely sucks.
Matt is going to need to see some real evolution on your part. Make the big steps, lose the amoeba, pass on lungfish, if nothing else at least masquerade as a marsupial.
I’m thinking a more Hindu approach might be a shorter route. Take the blade, fall on it, you’ll come back (obviously demoted somewhat) in about in a few thousand years, I figure you’ll be set for full posting rights.
But since you are at it, and you have his ear, could you ask Matt (for me) when I’ll get out?
