"accurate numbers" are no such thing without a link to what you say. Links, please.

So where do you find the 333rd court docket that indicates this? Because I can't find it on the link I have and with my password.

Not saying you are wrong - just looking to see if I can find that information as well.

Cest la vie? If so - then I have time to get cash together to buy some more shares. Not a total loss.

Thanks. That is EXACTLY what you should expect... independent of venue.

Legal games always get played by the rules they have... and, like any other game, management of scheduling and the clock is always a big part of it.

Anyone expecting things will EVER happen exactly on the time lines that appear "set in stone" in any court... isn't someone with very much experience of courts and how they work.

Basically, the legal system we have here approaches the time element as an aspect of "game" the same way you expect to see "clock management" happen in a basketball game, as time winds down under the last two minutes. It seems fairly unreasonable that the last two or three minutes of any game could take over half an hour to play... but, that IS more the norm than not ?

Here, you should expect there WILL be delays...

And, you should expect they will be unreasonable...

And then, we're still only working our way toward a starting point...

Once things do get started... then, expect there will be all sorts of NEW reasons for delays that are discovered...

None of that is particularly unique here... rather than what you should expect as the norm in any court proceeding...
