Its actually not too hard to explain.

There are people out there who will cash in their gains who were in SLMU when it was at 0.01 or just more, and there are other people who believe this will be a great company and who give their brokers instructions to buy even at 0.12. And so within a short time frame, you'll see a bit of both of that. Everyone has bills to pay. Some are selling now as their choice for liquidity and/or to lock in profits.

The stock is holding in that range until further developments of substance, yet I am very pleased to see the addition to our board of directors of such pedigree as Charles (Chuck) Bryant and Jack Deliddo.
Its an indication to me of great things to come, particularly once the reverse merger is concluded.
