one thing for illinois ,,, you can't play/win if you lose your best player.

Although I don't believe Illinois lost their best player (maybe 3rd best) I definately do agree that the officiating in college basketball is something that must be looked into. Felton missed many minutes earlier in the tournament that came close to keeping Carolina from even getting there.

One thing I think you have to keep in mind as a player, is that you get used to the officiating in your particular conferance, and then you get to the tournament and the officials are differant, and you start getting called for fouls that you've got away with all year. Felton picked up 2 quick fouls last night, but then from that point on, as a player, you have to know you better keep your hands off of anybody. All JMHO

May was excellent inside - The last few weeks I have seen very little action inside and he dominated. He is one of the few I feel is a bona fide Pro prospect.

However I still feel he deserved a few offensive fouls. Good game though -
