lol -hopefully lessons learned...i'm glad i never broke rule #1 for me *never invest more than you can afford to loose...
it has caused me to be a lot more cautious though and to stick to my other trading rules/investment plan...and that is making me $$$$ so far this year...

buy them ,trade them, -then go long..with limited down side potential.

although i'm still suffering threw one of those two...mostly to remind myself of these hard lessons
