BTW, if you a "true" Emax "investor" you will extend your self imposed deadline for financials, because of some new excuse she gives. (this is how pink sheet "investors" work) She might get the flu in a week or two!

We shall see what is the case here!

Through any DD, one would see that they have not completed and filed a 10K in many years. A lot of 8K's, which are just filed PR statements.
Roxanna is good at talking the talk, but cannot seem to walk the walk.
You need to listen to your elders on this board. No Financial, Dividends or Buy Backs. But we do have the pathetic store, that she did not even mention in the interview. I would have been embarassed as well and not have mentioned it either.

While I think she means well, she just cannot get it done. Very, very frustrating when all she has to do, is do what she promises and stop making all the misstatements that she makes.

Now, are we farming in Tenn. or are will drilling for oil. She said that we bought out farmers. Were they farming for oil buds or something? Or were they using cotton balls to dab up the oil on the beaches? I surely could not tell by the interview versus the PR statements that she put out early about oil & gas rights.
