I have held and continue to loaded up since 1990 and have only been to two Shareholders Meetings. The Sausalito CA and the Reno one. Looking forward to one this year.

To answer your question about shareholder meetings - there have been three - two in Sausalito, California and last year in Reno, Nev. I have been to all three and will be at the next one, sometime this year. I've been around 24 years this month and ready to see our stock ROCK. GLTA!!!

Scu, from what I've heard, the AGM will be scheduled sometime in the next several months. Ed has said that in order the somewhat streamline the time, effort, and expense involved, he would like to have the AGM coincide with a proxy vote on whatever major decisions are expected to develop in the coming months.

So the timing is not totally in his control, but at least as of a few weeks ago, he expected this to happen during the first half of the year.
