Don't worry newcomerFCPG, everything is good. My take on the previous post is Tina and the other fellow were part of E-dispatch. E-dispatch was a failing company, whose board was looking for a new direction. They find XYZ pharma, which is looking for a way to raise capital through an OTC listing. E-dispatch, through some type of stock swap, was merged with XYZ. Tina and Robert resigned from the board immediately, as Mr. Wang and his crew came aboard.
Of course they are going to dump their stock. They probably do want there money, but Mr. Wang is the stock holder I am watching. We tried to do the same thing with a VOIP company startup back in 2001. Just about the time the market tanked. LOL.
These are only my perceptions from reading filings with the SEC, don't quote me.
