Important to note, from the 8k, " The target closing date for the Acquisition is February 25, 2011."
Nothing written in stone here. Might come a week sooner or later imo. Accountants are notoriously slow and methodical.
I just think if it's not by the close on 25th then that doesn't mean it won't happen, but the sp might tank. Would be a big buying opp.
