Evasive, for sure, no details as usual that can be quantified.

Dividend issue is now down to "passing the buck", now it's the TA at fault. Haven't we heard here for 2 months that people have said now the TA was saying "next week"? Seems like the TA is "in on it"? I do love the painstaking details of how many envelopes there are, and how many sheets of paper have to be inserted, as if this were the Manhattan project! lol

More importantly, have you read my finding here which to me means dividends are NOT coming for a LONG time at best?

Your comment on the paid PR is right on. Regardless whether you are positive or negative on the stock one thing is for sure, penny stock promoting websites, (including interviews), are not non profit charities. They are NOT NEWS organizations, they get their revenue from the companies they cover.

I have done some research on this, and I believe this is yet another typical slime pink sheet misleading statement. Here is how it works, they don't PAY for the INTERVIEW, they pay instead of the coverage. Yes, its splitting hairs. Yes it's slime. Yes, its Emax.

So you see, they get paid for being "profiled", not for the interview. Same difference, Emax is paying them.
