Don't confuse what the market thinks about MDGC with the product of market manipulation. Repeatedly driving down the PPS on little trading volume while keeping the PPS down on heavy trading volume hardly is determinative of the market's outlook on MDGC. I believe many are waiting and holding for confirmation of what we all suspect with regard to MDGC tech, services, and relationships. And, I also suspect that the float, when considering the investors that are not willing to sell their shares anywhere near this PPS, is much smaller than advertised on otcmarkets.com. IMHO
