Nothing surpising here - any response to inquiries is always "we're getting closer", "Next Quarter", or "later this year". Forget the "reporting compliancy" issue for a minute and give us insight into any semblence of a business plan, target markets/customers that cannot be generically categorized as a general geographic area, etc.
