Understand friend, I am not here to bash. I had already purchased my positions before I found out about the Bank United deal. That one perplexed me....and I began to think about how it might happen here considering the absolute same people who were behind Bank United are involved here. BKUNQ shareholders were ripped. I am looking for IRS or Bankruptcy rules that might apply so that it does'nt happen here. IRS rule 382 has holes in it. With that being said, relax. No one wants a better outcome here than me.
