Short is the one who blew a whole load of smoke up my rear end in 2009 about VIVK, which was the beginning of my hell.

Also, as the supposed IR contact for VIVK, he solicited me for a private placement in Regeneca. He never disclosed that he was an officer of Regeneca. I guess conflicts of interest don't mean much in his value set.

He goes back a long way with Nicosia, so in my mind the same smell is on both of them.

I don't know anything about the others.

There's two other posters, who have kept up a "closer" telephone call relationship, with some of the other staff of Regeneca. That would be ESS(asst.mod), and Sushi. They probably have a "higher" opinion of some of them. But even the two I mention, also don't quite "trust" Nicosia "completely". And now he's kind of at the "helm" of things, at least for ETEV......Many months ago, I called and spoke with James Short, in referrence to the dividend of Regeneca "shares", we VIVK holders were going to get. He spoke very optimisticly about the dividend, and the "future" for Regeneca. I almost fell for it and bought more VIVK shares. Fortunately I didn't. Of course, the dividend once again "fell through" at that time(late 2010). At that time, if I'm not mistaken, J. Short was the CEO of Regeneca.......So things have "changed" recently, and I'm not too happy with today's news, at all. I think your "hopes" for ETEV were "noble", as were mine, about ETEV getting back into the swing of things. But don't you think today's news just destroys all hope? And you are, I'm presuming, a long term holder of ETEV. Do you see much future for ETEV, now?
