FCB, that's my point. It's not a ginsu knife, it's a quality electronic product and I think the buying public expects it to be packaged like a VCR, DVD player or a video camera. Like you say, if it sells, who cares. But I think it will sell a lot better if it's packaged right.
Well Rich's background is into selling things more like ginzu knives, which may explain the packaging. Seems like George being CEO may change it if he feels it is necessary to sell the product.
