In the past,PR's were released and the pps did increase with some of those PR's. The fact that money is transferred into an escrow account symbolizes the commitment for both parties to go forward with the drilling activity signifying the legal documents are completed. The drilling activity will go forward as planned this month. I suspect a pps of .15 maximum could happen in a matter of weeks when MXXH logs the completed well. JMO
