Absolutely correct engineer ! Its still a long way and to get to a higher exchange will probably need another rs and a cut in the AS towards 500 million shares or less, also they need finance to get noble off the ground and that will require some kind of dilution. Hope also with the 2010 final report we will see the dept reduced by a million as promised !
