It is 100% true. I actually did contact the back offices of the DTCC about that Global Lock the DTC put on ANVH, and your friends let all of us spin in the wind, as well as openly lie and deceive all their investors as to paying out that phony dividend.

Your friends owe me $1240 for that dividend, which BTW was a total scam, as well as thousands more I lost not being able to sell my position until I could transfer out my stock to another, but full service brokerage that still went through Penson.

Remember this, that was a Federal scam and not forgiven regardless of where you are located.

I just haven't pressed charges yet.

Do you mean like the time you also told shareholders that held certificates it would only be under $200 to make them free trading ?

Currently, I am converting 2 from the same company, both held past 6 months, and the attorney I used for the Opinion Letter only charged me $150 for both as they were being done at the same time, from the same company.

Had I only been doing one, the fee would have been the same.

However, most attorneys charge higher, some much more.

But the company I have them in is fully reporting, and lots of volume occurs in that stock, and between the Transfer Agents fees, and the brokerage fees, not counting both of them, it still is $323.27 more, so right around $400 like I wrote many months ago, and you said I was making it up. For both from the same company at the same time, only $75 more for the second cert, so that can be broken up.

I have another one from another company, that will cost the full amount, close to $400.

Where did you come up with that small amount to convert ?

One other thing, as I have a paid subscription to iHUB, I can do a text search on all the posts in any stock.
