We have received (U.S.) $2,000 and 400,000 restricted 144 common shares of Freedom Environmental Services, Inc. (FRDM) for its coverage as a Green Baron “Stock Alert” in July and August of 2010. We have also received an additional 400,000 restricted 144 common shares of FRDM for coverage of FRDM as a Green Baron “Stock Pick” beginning in September 2010;
