You can openly contact the CEO and ask her when the Financials and Dividends will be done. You can also ask her for some sort of proof regarding the number of shares that the company has bought back.
When you get these questions answered with actual dates and documentation of them being done, then this will hopefully take off.
But they need to do something about the store they have on line. It is very sad as has been pointed out.
