IMO no way they going to do a R/S with just 1.4 Billion. Also R/S is for the companies with less buying Intrest. I see lot of buying Intrest here for the past few days. No R/S IMO.

They could Increase the A/S. But I doubt it. I feel they are going to run this, sell their restricted shares at higher PPS. All of course my opinion.
