Very good point. This is a major impediment to the sp ever holding up despite a potential spike from peer review news. It is ironic that the Directors who have been selling shares for whatever reasons would be the major beneficiaries of improved professionalism in all aspects of this company's management and administration. The only reason to remain Long is the prospect of a buyout but it is becoming increasingly unlikely that the major players who have been rumoured to be about are seriously at the the table.
read the last shareholders letter and see how this marshal guy insults shareholders about a consolidating share price. he needs to step aside. he and his wife have done rather well but in my opinion he is not up to the task of bringing mzei forward
