Listen to the CC. The fuel doesn't need to be refined, at the most it needs to be blended. Crude oil has 10% waste that has to be taken out. This is clean, sulfur is almost non existent, 8 parts per million, taken out when the oil was used to make plastic, no sulfur in plastic.
