Didn't miss them at all. I have no problem with a company that has Withum's reputation going over the 2009 books. They did, the books were re-filled, do you have a problem with Withum? The only way JBI could do better, was to go to a Big Four firm like E & Y. Which they did. I don't have a problem with E & Y either, do you?

3 auditors. Gatley (unheard of) upgraded to Withum (top 100) then upgraded to Ernst & Young (Big 4 auditor).
