Best thing to do when doubt in your position creates pessimism or anxiety is to sell until you can sleep. You can always buy back in when you're able to sustain optimism. There's a multitude of reasons for selling, but only one for buying.

I have NO inside info about this, it's just my own theory, but this sale yields approximately $490,000. Many years ago Ed took out a mortgage on his house, which was free and clear, in order to fund Medizone. It came to about $500,000. Maybe he's finally using some shares to cover what he took out of his equity.

The above may be way off, but this much I can say with 1000% confidence: Ed is NOT selling because of a lack of belief in the near-term potential of the Company. He is extremely bullish.
