I have NO inside info about this, it's just my own theory, but this sale yields approximately $490,000. Many years ago Ed took out a mortgage on his house, which was free and clear, in order to fund Medizone. It came to about $500,000. Maybe he's finally using some shares to cover what he took out of his equity.
The above may be way off, but this much I can say with 1000% confidence: Ed is NOT selling because of a lack of belief in the near-term potential of the Company. He is extremely bullish.
