Nah, not concerned at all. Personally, I am not expecting a PR for a couple of weeks (I hope I am wrong) but just based on past issuing of PR's it wont happen till we have good viable production. When that comes out expect a huge volume jump. The volume is obviously lacking causing a boring flat run for all of us.

Expecting mid year results by January 15th (?) was an unrealistic expectation, born more of what we wanted, than what was likely or even possible.

I'm in a heightened state of expectation too, but that doesn't alter the facts in the field.

I seriously doubt we have to wait until the end of the month.

Just remember the analogy of digging for treasure.

Be a shame to give up one shovel short of hitting the treasure box.

I am always concerned about all of my investments.

Am I concerned about this company? No not really.

SGCP is the only company that I am invested in where

I communicate directly with the president and ceo. If they

ignored my queries, email messages and told me to "pay no

attention to the man behind the curtain" I would be concerned.

I stand my ground and trust Doug and John as businessmen who are

working very hard to build a strong company. If a PR comes out a

few weeks later than is comfortable for some investors I am fine

with that. In fact I am prepared to stick with this company as

long as I feel progess is being made, despite the rate of

progress that some are concerned about.

From what I read on a neighboring board is that John should release a PR sometimes this week.

Today (Feb 1) is expiration day unless the State of Nevada gets its money. According to what I read on the Nevada website, the company could go from default status to revoked if things aren't ironed out ASAP. Does anyone else have a different read of the laws listed on the Nevada site? I'm not a lawyer.
