Rite Aid Deal has been confirmed for a while? What are you talking about? All that the company said was they "Prematurely" released that information, which means they released it before they should have. The PR clearly states that the deals etc have been signed and shipments begin march.

As for dividends, they're not saying they immidietly want to pay out dividends, this is something for the long run. They still have $(500 000) + in their retained earnings account they need to fix up before they can start a dividend, but again, the dividend is something they said they'd like to do in the future.

That is what his plan was, to get the share price up high and then pay a dividend. You are picking little parts of things instead of looking at the overall plan he has talked about.
