The lenders may have closed their appraisal departments down here, too, I really don't know because I haven't been active in r.e. since I started trading full-time. Anyway, IMO, if a buyer wants to buy, he's gonna find someone to facilitate his purchase, and all the lenders know that. Right, or wrong, that's just the way it is.
