The 30 days grace past on 1/27/2011 (last week)... NMGL is just a stinkie pinkie CEF (closed end fund) now... who knows if they will bring the filings current and outlast the 1 year suspension... yes I said suspension... they need to come current... file at least 1 year "on time" quarterly... then have a transfer agent fill out forms for them accepting them back B4 the SEC will allow the uplist to the OTCBB again... I don't see this happening... I also do not see this affecting our divi "A"'s and "B"'s.
