You think so? So why did Bay State Fincl. sell off their shares? I guess they are weak hands that didn't do their DD? They had 100 million shares.

Since their start of selling, the un-restricted 0/S has increased another 230 million shares. (You may assume that the owners of those shares have been, are being, or may be sold into the market at any time...your choice)
