what he is saying is that he did not sell stcok to make this payment!!

I believe that the O/S in well over 8 Billion now, and that is in part due to the compensation incetives he gave SWK!!

Sure, he's diluted the cr_p out of the stock. Just not on this payment to YA. And if Mark put his own cash out to do it, he must think he's got something here. After all he owns 75% of the company!
