I believe it says before Dec 1, 2011 but not 100%!!! You have to remember that although this is a vote of confidence and a positive move for the CEO, that he is actually looking for real long term financing hat is more favorable, what does this really mean for us!!! Today we just transferred our debt owed from YAG to Mark!! Yes it will reduce our debt and interest long term if we get this done in 2011, but today we are still in the same boat as yesterday, but at least we have a bucket now to bail water with.
