LOL! You replaced our bread with "unbaked" cake. Yeh, great deal, oops I mean spin.
>>"We replaced your bread with CAKE and in order to bake your cake we need to spend the bread."<<

(Suggestion: spend your own bread (see Project1000, Peter's holdings etc.) vs the loyal shareholders who have funded your company to get it where it is today)

Bottomline...show us the money!
Show us a REAL public accomplishment that will drastically raise both SCMI & MMXT pps this month! (e.g. "exclusives" IPOD, BMG/Sony, Universal, Howard touts, GE, Darknoise technology successfully integrated and being used etc.).

P.S. LOL2 Re:>>"how WELL you have been taken care of here"
<<
Here's the FACTS (forget the excuses) bottom-line our investment has "crashed" from .20's avg. pps after BMG (before Hamilton fiasco) to .08!!
As of this moment, that's how well we've been taken care of! Note, I'm praying Peter will be able to change that this month!

mario:

with all due respect we really don't need any bread and cake analagies. what we need is factual proof that scmi stockholders are better off without their dividends.

i'm looking forward to that factual explaination at the shm.

Thanks for the update Mario. I hope folks are not spooked into dumping shares just as MediaMax is ready to start becoming a well known name.

Mario. Revenue sharing

Thanks for clarification of the revenue sharing issue. Although I had been informed already that that was the case, this is the first time I have seen in writing that the revenue reported by Quiet Tiger in its SEC filings is not their 40%, but the total revenue from sales through Quiet Tiger.

Those extrapolating total revenue by mutiplying that figure by 10/4 and SunnComm's revenue by multiplying it by 6/4 have been clearly wrong as I have tried to point out before.

The revenue of $106K reported for 2004 represents $63.6K to SunnComm and $42.4K to Quiet Tiger. We will have to wait for the "merged" company to file to see what other revenue sources SunnComm may have, if any.

Since Mario has also clarified the dividend issue and it will not be paid, perhaps we should move on. If 1:1 compensates for the lost dividend, then so be it. IMO to maintain company integrity it might have been better to pay the dividend but only offer 0.8 MMXT for 1 SCMI (or whatever ratio has the same net effect), but the decision has been made to do it that way and we must live with it.
