We don't know for sure. NPER is just a shell at the moment that owns MDMN shares. So NPER should go up with as/when/if the value of the MDMN shares go up. The speculation buy in NPER is: "what plans do they have for this shell". None knows the answer to that at the moment. So it is a highly speculative play.
