Why a bear ? They'll do a 1 for 4 r/s to get the o/s down to 375 million then issue 1.125 billion shares to Centaflix. Deal done. As Cat correctly points out no need for $$$$$ so no dilution.
They have revenue & profits, we have neither right now. I like it better now.
