He let 100s and 100s of millions of shares loose on the market. The market knows the enourmous number of aged shares. The piper is being paid. MDGC has been discounted to reflect the worthless management and deeply flawed belief that anything this company promises is worth more than the value of the shares, which are worth less than the price of a single sheet of Charmin! LOL
