Give it a chance, as they stated that their main "objective", is to obtain higher "index status". I'm sure they will hurry along the RS, and index change, and intentionally slow down the dividend "process". It is part of their "bigger picture". I just hope the PPS recovers, and new investors come in soon. I still wonder, why they don't release one of the two possible spinoffs, as an "attractor".
