#23608 RE: dannoninvest #23604

What do you mean by "Foreclosed Wells"? Are you referring to wells that have "played out", sort of speaking? I do know old gas wells can be re-stimulated...
I better keep my mouth shut about how that works! My cousin might get mad at me! LOL!
I read too much sometimes!
The played out oil wells can sometimes be "flooded" and force the remaining oil out of the formation...or "steam injection on some close-knit wells...use the central one for injection and collect the oil around it from other wells...

How many acre spacing are we talking about on the 1600 acres?

This well will be completed shortly, we all are assuming?

Day rates for drilling rigs go up and down...don't know what the going rate is over there? How long so far on this well?

2 formations, one without gas, one with...can't produce from both at the same time unless they have come up with something I don't know about...common sense tells me that the pressure will push back on the lower pressure at the top and that's a "Catch 22"...top formation most likely will produce roughly 60 BOPD as the adjacent well by itself...
unknown about the lower "sand"...
that's the "64$ question" for now.
Investing unknowns= degree of risk----going down in my opinion related to the 2nd formation bearing oil!

Hope I answered your questions,

Glen.
